This system was purchased new in 12/95. Rear Exit Stacker, Rear Deliver and Small Booklet Kit were added to the system in late 1997. This is an air suction 10-bin collator and booklet maker. It will collate flat sheets 5.52 x 7.88 inches minimum up to 13.77 x 19.68 inches maximum size. Sheets can be collated as sets, exiting out the right side into the Rear Delivery and Stacker, or out the left side into the Stitcher, Folder and Trimmer units. Stitcher, folder and trimmer will take these flat sheet sets directly from collator and make booklets. Paper length can be 5.48 to 14.33 inches, paper width 7.88 to 12.59 inches. These sheets will be stitched with up to 2 stitches, then folded in half and face trimmed. Finished booklets exit to a built in conveyor. The optional Small Booklet kit which is included allows smaller paper to be used – Length 8.25 to 14.25 inches; width 4.75 to 9.5 inches. This allows books as small as 1.75 inches wide to be made. The system can also collate and corner or side stitch sets of sheets.
